Every Thursday, I drop a new Soma Express workshops - exploring all sorts of movements to fully express you.

1st and 3rd Thursdays are dedicated to the Elder Body. Good for those healing, bleeding, postpartum or sensitive.

2nd and 4th Thursdays are dedicated to the Maiden/Mother Body. Good for those tending the soul and body while travelling major soul terrain.
